Care Teams
One Gospel cares for leaders by providing intentional christian spiritual care and soul friendship so pastors and ministry leaders can abide deeply in Jesus and lead from a place of health and freedom. We create trusted relationships where leaders are known, loved, and supported through prayer, encouragement, and practical wisdom for both ministry and life.
Leader Retreats
Our men’s and women’s leader retreats provide dedicated space to rest, encounter the love of God, and receive spiritual care alongside other ministry leaders who understand the unique joys and challenges of leadership. Through guided teaching, prayer, and meaningful relationships, these retreats renew the soul, strengthen identity in Christ, and equip leaders to return to their churches with fresh vision and spiritual vitality.
We Coach Leaders & Teams
Cohorts
Ministry Cohorts focus on the development of ministry-specific skills and leadership competencies. The content is gospel-saturated and practically-minded. Examples of training cohorts include faithful time management, shared leadership practices, shepherding strategies, annual planning, and vision casting.
One-on-One & Team Coaching
Coaching sessions focus on whole gospel development of our leaders and teams. Coaching allows us to ask questions and share insights that deepen friendships, and team nurturing that help ministry leaders grow past challenges and on to experience greater fruitfulness. This is done in respect to your context, gifts and season of ministry.
We Collaborate for Gospel Multiplication
Hubs
OG Hubs are a central place of refreshment, resources and relationships. Each hub is comprised of 3 to10 OG churches that connect quarterly and work together more closely for gospel impact in their region. They are led by a Hub Team Leader.
Shared Local & Global Mission
Our regional Hubs foster practical collaboration through shared dinners, outreach initiatives, leadership training, worship gatherings, and family events that strengthen relationships among churches. Together, we combine people, resources, and expertise to advance strategic Kingdom initiatives such as church planting, church revitalization, leadership development, global missions, ministry residencies and internships, and service to local neighborhoods.
We Celebrate the work of the Lord
Annual Gathering
This annual event is a joyous celebration of what the Lord has accomplished through One Gospel and our Partner Churches each year! This event is open to all—donors, church members, and friends. We come together to give thanks and rejoice in the Lord's blessings upon our network and churches. This is the highlight of each year for our network. Basically, it’s a big Jesus Party!
